Colin has power now

 

For the best part of last season we were talking about who would leave when and if we didn't make it into the playoff's. There was a lot of speculation not least from Kris Commons who had given the club just one year to prove to him that his stay was worthwhile?

 

There were also comments from other players referring to their wishes for higher football league status and perhaps with other clubs?

 

Right now however and since we have made it out of League One perhaps the boot is on the other foot?

Players will want to show what they can do again at a higher level and it will be Colin Caldwerwood who decides on which players deserve more merit. Colin was not shy of keeping players on the bench last season but now were are in the Championship once more the pain of not playing first team football could decide many things not least who actually stays, not who wants to stay!
