Some 43 days remain to our new campaign at this point and silence is abound and despite a plethora of names being mentioned, Earny is our only man.

 

If the Reading game were to be played tomorrow it would have all of the hallmarks of a draw at the start of the season since both teams are in desperate need of new faces it would seem? Of course it doesn't help that both are suffering from would be outgoings of players too.

There is either a deep struggle to capture signatures or yet again a lack of willingness to join our would be happy troop for the 07/08 campaign?

 

Stability is everything of course and just a settled year in the Championship is the best that can be hoped for in creating a bridge head from which we can spring the year after perhaps?
