Do The Forest Hierachy Know?

A very hard fought match. I'm afraid this is how teams are going to play against us now, but to their credit Forest ground out a win.

The crowd and I were mystified why Majewski was not selected. In a very revealing after match interview BD stated that Majewski head was not right as he doesn't know where he stands with the club as they haven't offered to sign him permenantly. He didn't feel able to pick him.

As much as anything, I think he was letting the hierarchy know his displeasure at them not backing him. He said all he can do is make recommendations, but at the end of the day he will get on with what he has got. But he also said , what am I doing having to play a right footed player at left back.

He said he has tried to talk Cohen into playing there but the player is enjoying playing in his best position in midfield and is reluctant. I for one don't blame him because he brings something extra to the midfield.

It will be very hard if we fail to achieve this season because of either lack of foresight/ambition, or just too many cooks/the aquisition committee not being able to make a decision. As I think Chippy said, I could quite easily see BD leaving.

Back to the match. Tyson is beginning to look out of his depth with the type of football Forest are trying to play as he doesn't get the kind of service he needs. The attack looked more dangerous when Anderson came on. Forest couldn't play their usual passing game and at times resorted to booting the ball, particularly McKenna, but it is hard to be critical because he is always in the thick of it.
